Imagine… you start in Dalaran with base T6/T7 gear, plus a set of legendary class spells imported from Cataclysm/MoP and reworked for Wrath. Phase 1 WotLK content awaits… but every step outside Dalaran is dangerous!
If you die to a mob or another player → you lose your gear.
It drops into a chest, and anyone can loot it.
And that’s not all: most items are not soulbound and can be traded! Picture this: you farm your new T8, another player kills you, steals it, and sells it on the black market… or hoards it in their stash.
