Why can't i start the game, help!
» Note: Windows Defender might delete your client..
» 1: Make sure to disable/turn off firewall.
» 2: Add exclusion for our server client.
» 3: Extract/Install the game files.

» Open Windows Defender Security Center.
» Select 'Virus & threat protection'.
» Select 'Virus & threat protection settings'.
» Scroll down and select 'Add or remove exclusions'.
» Next add the game folder to the exclutions.
Make sure you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Update located at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
* Add the game files' directory to your antivirus' exclusions folder. We use an unpacked MapleStory client, which triggers false positives due to the original client being digitally signed by Nexon. Our files are 100% clean.
Turn off and then Extract the game files!
Or the anti virus will delete the game client.exe
If it do? just download Manual Patching from our site
and drag out the MapleImpact.exe into the game folder and done!
