MapleEclipse is a brand-new recreation of old school Maple. Both client and server have been completely rewritten from scratch, offering excellent performance, high stability and security. It breaks the framework of the old client, allowing for various underlying mechanism modifications, bringing a fresh experience. The project aims to enhance social interaction, highlight the uniqueness of different classes, and remove unreasonable mechanisms from the original client, creating a more fun, comfortable, and up-to-date classic MapleStory. All changes are not restricted by "nostalgia" but are focused on innovation and optimization, making the game experience better while preserving the player's familiarity with the classic adventure.
